Hey there—I’m John, the guy behind Bigfoot Dog Brigade. I’ve spent most of my life here in Michigan, exploring trails, lakes, and backwoods with a dog by my side. For me, dogs aren’t just pets—they’re partners, adventurers, and family.
As a U.S. veteran, I bring the same dedication, discipline, and sense of mission I learned in service into the way I care for dogs. Bigfoot Dog Brigade grew out of that bond and mindset. I wanted to take the joy I get from hiking, training, and laughing with my own dogs and turn it into something that gives other pups the same kind of adventures. Around here, walks aren’t just walks—they’re missions, stories, and tail-wagging memories waiting to happen.
